  Physiotherapy TIPS

For those of you without a bad back the evidence suggests that the ideal office posture is one that is continuously moving throughout the day. Alter the seat height every now and then stand up and walk around, slouch for a time, sit tall to look over the partition.

Save your back, everything in moderation.

  WELCOME TO WILLESDEN PHYSIOTHERAPY

Willesden Sports Centre

At Willesden sports centre we provide the same excellent clinically sound service that we do at our main clinic in West Hampstead .

At Willesden Sports centre we can provide one-to-one assessment and treatment for sports injuries and spinal pain as well as utilising the excellent facilities at the gym to progress you to an advanced stage of physical rehabilitation. We can do this by utilising the vast array of gym machines and by working closely with the class instructors to ensure you return to your previous level of function, and do not have any ‘poor technique' or ‘poor training' setbacks. We also have use of the 400 metre outdoor running track and the 100 metre indoor track.

The clinic opening times are:

Tuesday 4pm to 8pm

Thursday 4pm to 8pm

If these times do not suit your schedule for one particular week, do not worry the physiotherapists' work at both the West Hampstead Physiotherapy site and the Willesden Sports Centre so we can always fit you in.
