Martin
Martin qualified in 1996 from the Univeristy of Hertfordshire and is the owner and principle physiotherapist of West Hampstead Physiotherapy. Since then he has worked in the different specialities of Musculoskeletal care and Neurology. He is Masters level in Sports injury management and has worked with both elite and recreational athletes in the fields of running, thiathlon and karate. He has post-graduate qualifications in spinal manipulation, nerve compromise (e.g sciatica) and stability and has recently returned from The Indian association national annual conference in Deradun, North India , were he taught a workshop on Spinal Stabilisation. He has treated high level violinists and pianists in the locally area with longstanding neck pain with excellent results. Previously clinical lead physiotherapist in Brent he has an excellent understanding of the need for Clinical standards to be maintained and improved based upon evidenced based research. Janette
Janette graduated from Manchester University in 1997,since then she has practiced all aspects of physiotherapy. This includes a 2 year period working as an overseas volunteer in a post conflict situation,where she managed the physiotherapy services for those suffering from injuries due to war, including being physiotherapist to the national disabled basketball team. She believes in a holistic approach to health, which lead her to become a certified Iyengar yoga instructor and a clinical pilates trainer. She has been teaching in London and abroad for over 5 years.
At present her special interests are in sports injuries and spinal rehabilitation. Being a keen runner herself (having completed various marathons) she is aware of the fine balance between training and injury and tissue healing in the injured athlete. She has a post graduate certificate in spinal manual therapy which she utilises with core stability in rehabilitation of back pain and has a keen interest in core stability training and return to fitness following child birth.

Natasha
Natasha is a qualified sports & remedial masseuse graduate from the London
College of Massage (LCM). Natasha has provided sports massage at various sporting events including the London Marathon and local triathlon events. She regularly sees clients returning which is a sure sign of satisfaction. She has recently undertaken a research project into the benefits of massage in pregnancy (which are huge) and she has attended several labours whilst giving massages. Jo
Jo has been working as a Physiotherapist for 5 years, specialising in Musculoskeletal medcine. She has developed skills in the assessment and treatment of spinal pain, sports specific injuries, post-fracture and post-Operative healing/rehabilitation, arthritic pain and vestibular rehabilitation. From working closely with Consultant Physiotherapists and Orthopaedic specialists at the Royal London Trauma and Orthopaedic Hospital, she is very aware of tissue healing time, appropriate rehabilitation and, if and when necessary, timely referral for diagnostic scans and medical management. Jo has excellent post-graduate training in spinal manipulations, Clinical Pilates (core stability), biomechanical assessments and advanced rehabilitation. Previously she has been the Physio for London Welsh Rugby and therefore has experience in treating both professional and amateur sportsmen and women. Jo continues to develop her skills for the good of her patients and has completed a number of MACP (Manipulation Association of Chartered Physiotherapists) accredited courses in the last year including muscle release techniques and the use of taping to influence movement patterns. Jo has always been an active sports participant and has enjoyed tennis, squash, swimming and lacrosse at a county level. She utilises the practical experience of these sports and knowledge of others to devise appropriate rehabilitation programs for you the patient. Spinal or sport injuries, Jo will ensure an evidence based, practical approach for your pain relief and rehabilitation.

Ben qualified from the University of East London in 2002. He has worked in both the NHS and private sector including the BMI Clementine Churchill hospital. He has extensive knowledge in treating orthopaedic and rheumatological conditions both post-operatively and in longer term systemic disease like Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis. Through postgraduate training he has become a highly skilled practitioner in whiplash and spinal pain management and is a strong believer in core stability and fitness to rehabilitate patients suffering from spinal injury. His interest in Hockey and general fitness has led him to work with a wide variety of clientele including professional athletes, semi professional rugby, football and basketball players along with other sport enthusiasts. He utilises myofascial release techniques, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to aid tissue healing and return to sport for these types of patients.
