Personal Injury Claims and Treatment
Personal injury claims pertain to any accident that wasn’t your fault. This may include falls, trips or road traffic accidents. By far the most common personal injury claim is for whiplash. Physiotherapists assess and treat more whiplash patients than any other health professional. So, whether you are the injured party involved in a personal injury claim, a solicitor or a rehabilitation claims manager, we can offer the right service for you.
Patients
At West Hampstead Physiotherapy we are recognised by the majority of insurance companies and rehabilitation managers that may be involved in your claim following an accident. For the rare occasions we are not recognised you can still ask to receive treatment from our clinic. We will be more than happy to deal with your case-worker directly to ensure that we are placed on their provider list.
Remember, you are the injured party, so use a physiotherapist of your choice. We have all of the necessary qualifications and memberships to the correct governing bodies to provide physiotherapy treatment on your behalf at a time that suits you. We are open 8am to 8pm and weekends.
Solicitors and Case Managers
We have been assessing, treating and preparing reports for personal injury claim patients for many years and are fully aware of the requirements of medico-legal reporting. We will endeavour to provide prompt, clear and quality reports throughout the treatment process.
Instructions may be given by post, or online via email. Following instruction we can arrange for an assessment to be conducted within 48 hours. The report will detail the type of physiotherapy required as well as the likely number of follow up treatments and the overall cost.
If you are an individual solicitor or case manager for a company and you want to discuss block costs for individual patients or contractual agreements please contact the clinic on 020 7443 5655 and ask to speak to Martin or Natasha. We are open to offering flexible credit terms to all approved instructing parties.
